OUR HISTORY
Vincent Lee: Master Plumber and Business Innovator
Joined Master Plumbers Inc in May of 1993 as a laborer and plumbers apprentice. After a short time, he received his journeyman’s license.
On September 1st, 2000 he purchased Master Plumbers Inc, He began the company with three trucks, three technicians, one helper and one office secretary. Within five years so many things had changed. With integrity, customer satisfaction and hard work the company’s image began to change from a plumbing company to a larger more versatile company specializing in commercial, industrial and in residential plumbing repairs.
In 2010 with the same integrity and customer satisfaction the company began to make many changes. Leak detection equipment, trenchless sewer replacement and the use of in-line video camera was introduced so the customer could actually see the problem making it easier for the customer to make an informed decision.
In 2013 Master Plumbers became a member of Nexstar, a nationwide best-practices organization demanding, prescribing and maintaining its members and business operations with the highest measurable standards in the industry. This progressive implementation is still used today as a means of offering customers a fixed job price alternative while guaranteeing the company a sound financial structure.
By 2017 the company’s continued growth with twelve service trucks and thirty-two employees brought about the need for more space resulting in the company relocating to a 4,800 square foot office building with covered parking for all our service vehicles and equipment. After years of day to day contact with customers Master Plumbers has understood there is nothing more effective than integrity and honesty in business, giving the customer what they want, when they want it.
Master plumbers has 25+ years of experience in construction. Having a GB98 and 13 years of experience with CES and the bidding process, which brought a new exciting division to the plumbing company.
