They were very knowledgeable and showed me what was going on with everything. They came out and were supposed to inspect everything before me moved in the house almost a year later and we were still having issues. We shouldn’t have to call you every three months for an issue that should have been solved the first time your guys came out. Rene and Ethen were great. Rene made sure I looked at the camera and told me what the problem was. If we would have been told this in the beginning it would have been nice. Mars was very nice on the phone and I appreciate her letting me know when someone would be here at my house. Rene was very professional. Thank you and I hope I don’t see ya for awhile.
